We deliver to UK mainland including Northern Ireland, but excluding all areas listed in our definition of ‘non UK mainland’ below**.
This equates to savings of up to 45% compared to Royal Mail Special Delivery*.
Bar-code tracking, electronic proof of delivery, tamper-evident pouches and convenient redelivery options for your recipient are all included as standard. And because you access the service via your DX Exchange, you can post SecureDX items up to 5pm in the evening, giving you extra time when needed.

** Non UK Mainland defined as Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands (GY and JE), Scilly Isles (TR21), Western Scottish Isles (HS1-8), Orkney Isles (KW 15-17), Shetland Isles (ZE). There is no service to postcode areas: IV, KW, PA20 and above, PH20 and above. Some parts of Scotland will be delivered within 2 working days.
How does it work?
To use SecureDX, you simply purchase a pack of pre-paid bar-code labels (pack size = 20), and then you are ready to start.
Step 1 Place your SecureDX mail item in the pouch
Step 2 Write your receiver's and sender's full postal address on the pouch
Step 3 Affix a SecureDX barcode label to the pouch
Step 4 Post it by 5pm into the Outgoing Mail Box at your Exchange.
Step 5 SecureDX item delivered & signed for by recipient next working day
