Executive Team

After graduating in Business Studies, Petar became a multi-drop driver in London. During his 27 years in the logistics industry, Petar has worked in parcels, contract and shared-user distribution as well as supply chain and international logistics. Petar is the former MD of DFDS Logistics, and Norbert Dentressangle in the UK and latterly CEO of Target Express and MD of City Link. Petar is married with 2 children and enjoys playing and watching various sports.

Ian joined the DX Group as Chief Finance Officer in December 2006 with 20 years experience of accounting and corporate finance in both management and advisory roles.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, Ian has worked in Corporate Finance with Charterhouse Bank and as a private equity investor with Prudential Portfolio Managers. Prior to joining DX Group Ian was CFO of Inprint Systems, an international specialist label manufacturer.

Married with four sons, Ian lives in Cookham, Berkshire.

Prior to joining the DX Group in July 2007, Paul was responsible for leading and transforming sales teams within a number of blue chip organisations.

Driven by a focus on world-class sales professionalism, his impressive track record includes head of business development at BT Global Services as well as senior sales management roles within ICL and Fujitsu.

An Engineering graduate with an MBA from Henley Management College, Paul is married with two daughters and lives in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. As well as spending time with his family, Paul enjoys cycling, running and golf.

His 30 years of industry experience include senior operations roles within BOC Distribution, Business Post plc and Federal Express, as well as managing director of Viscount Associates Ltd prior to joining DX.

In his spare time, Barrie plays rugby for his local team and enjoys fly-fishing, shooting and quad biking. Married with three daughters, he lives in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

With a background in financial services transaction processing, outsourcing and distribution spanning 20 years, Keith joined the DX Group in April 2005.

An accountant by profession, Keith has held senior financial and operational roles within a number of large, blue chip organisations including GEC Redring, Thomas Cook, First Data Corporation and Certegy Corporation.

A family man with four children, Keith has a keen interest in outdoor sports and leisure activities; including running, golf and gardening. He lives in Warwickshire.

Prior to joining the DX Group, Alex spent several years working and living in Europe. Responsible for leading technology teams and IT strategy across Europe and EMEA in industries as diverse as steel manufacturing, through data integration software to games development with Electronic Arts.

Alex is a firm believer in delighting the customer and delivering technology that adds value to the customer.

An Engineering graduate from Stafford, Alex has one daughter and is married with an Italian wife. When not spending time with his family, Alex is a keen footballer, although freely admits to possessing two left feet.

Gareth joined the fledgling Special Delivery Services that later became SMS as a delivery driver in 1993. He has remained within the business since that date.  In the intervening 17 years he has held a number of roles within the operational side of the business and his understanding  of the SMS operation is extensive. He is particularly focussed on utilising technology to improve the quality and efficiency of the SMS service offering.           

Away from work Gareth is a keen musician and a lifelong supporter of Watford Football Club. He lives in Clapham,  South London.

Kathy started her career in retail management and moved into HR 15 years ago making a transition from Retail, FMCG and Medical Engineering.  Prior to joining  DX , Kathy had headed an EMEA HR team for a global handheld technology provider for 5 years.

It was the experiences of handheld technology within the mail industry that attracted Kathy to the DX Group in June 2005

As a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Kathy has strong skills across all disciplines of HR, mixed with a wealth of commercialism from working with senior teams.

Kathy lives near Wokingham, Berkshire with her husband and his daughter and at family time she enjoys many activities, especially swimming.
