At the DX Group, security and reliability are a key part of the services we provide to our clients. We have a proactive risk management approach to security and fraud prevention, and our goal is to set and maintain the highest standards of security and mail integrity within the industry. We do this by:

  • Vetting and training all our staff, contractors, self-employed couriers and appropriate suppliers in accordance with Postcomm’s Mail Integrity Code of Practice. This minimises risks to themselves and the items they handle.
  • Maintaining stringent controls on access to our buildings, areas within buildings and other assets by employing barriers, deterrents and other security systems.
  • Designing business processes so that those with access to mail and associated data have proper authority and accountability.
  • Employing systems to monitor and record business activities so that access to mail, data and other assets is comprehensively controlled.
  • Having a dedicated Security and Fraud Team, who fully investigate breaches in security and any failure to process or deliver mail securely. They will determine trends and recommend improvement actions where appropriate.
  • Maintaining a continuous dialogue with our clients, industry fraud/security experts and the police to ensure our security remains proactive and state-of-the-art.
