"I felt I should let you know that the young man who delivered to our address on Tuesday 22nd January deserves the highest praise for reaching our isolated farm high up in the Shropshire hills to deliver a single parcel to us. We have been cut off for the last 3 days by the snow and even a 4x4 struggled to reach us on Monday.
Your driver made it and I for one was very impressed by his efforts and skill in reaching us up a potholed, rough farm track 1 mile off the beaten track in his van. Well done to him!
That's what Customer service is all about...going the extra mile, and in our case literally speaking".

"I rearranged delivery after missing the courier due to being at the dentist, and missed the 2nd time due to my intercom system not working properly.
Once I rearranged delivery for a 3rd attempt the driver was one of the most pleasant guys I have had the pleasure to meet. He was cheerful and pleasant, despite it being his 3rd delivery attempt.
I have had my fair share of ignorant and abrupt delivery men, and we are all too quick to complain about poor service, but I'm a firm believer in praise where praise is due.
Well done to DX for training your delivery people to a very high and personable standard!".

"I just wanted to let you know how helpful Abbie Church in your Customer Services Team was last night (9th Nov). I called about a delivery that didn't come, but she explained that there had been a problem due to a shipping mistake from the company I ordered from. So she offered me alternative delivery dates. When I explained that a weekday delivery was not convenient, Abbie managed to organise a delivery on the same day, which was great, considering that she was under a lot of pressure from me.
She was so helpful and I really appreciated the extra effort she put in to make sure I got my delivery on time. My item was delivered as expected this morning before 10am and I was delighted.
I really appreciate the extra effort from DX".

"I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the deliveries to my home. I have contact lenses delivered every 3 months from Vision Express who use DX to deliver them.
The driver is fantastic, and he always makes sure the box is delivered safely, and sometimes he actually posts through the cat flap in the garage door instead of throwing them in the porch or leaving them by the front door. It's very thoughtful of him.

"I am writing to commend one of your drivers for a delivery made yesterday. The driver clearly had experienced an oversubscribed day, yet he still came to deliver my package well after the end of his working day (after 8pm). He came with a huge apology that it hadn't yet arrived.
He mentioned it was well past the end of his day but he noticed that the package was still in his van and required same day delivery, so didn't want to disappoint.
So thank you very much to DX and the driver".

DX replied to my email within a matter of minutes, then very soon afterwards called me and arranged for a delivery.
The item in question was my passport. I was meant to be travelling the next day and everything was sorted out within the hour."

"Thank you for responding to my complaint so quickly, efficiently and professionally. The lady who called me back provided the best Customer care. She was direct, polite and rectified the problem within minutes.
She is a true credit to DX and represented the image of the company very well. I've never had a company deal with a complaint so quickly, so I sing your praises for that, and would definitely recommend DX to anyone.

"This is the most efficient, professional and friendly delivery service I have dealt with. How refreshing to have a full account of when you will receive the parcel, literally from when it leaves it's destination and arrives at your door. Also the option to speak to a genuinely nice person on the other end of the phone who has no trouble meeting the customers needs. Totally thrilled to bits with DX's services.
