"Definitely 10, I was informed by email that my packages would be delivered, and provided details of how to track the consignment.  I logged on to the website and discovered that my consignment was 'in-transit'.  Less than 30 minutes later it was at my doorstep.  Awesome!  There are a host of distributors in the market that would be well advised to mimic this level of service.  Having spent 30+ years working in logistics I consider this to be a very impressive service level.  Well done."

"Have just used your automated service to track a delivery from Ticketmaster purchased earlier this year. 
Just wanted to say well done for having such a brilliant automated customer service. If only other companies followed your lead. I was able to understand all instructions very easily and also managed to change the delivery address as I am not at the original address temporarily. I also had the additional problem of not having my mobile with me and using my boyfriend's and I do not remember the number. This, again, was not a problem with your service.
