I would like to express my sincere thanks to your delivery man [Michael Haddon] who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my visas were received. The service I have received is far above what I expected from a delivery company.
Your operative tried to deliver my post twice in the same day and telephoned my number (unfortunately I was in a meeting) but I couldn’t answer it. Then he took the initiative to call early this morning to see if he could catch us in.

I rang to rearrange the delivery, which was going to be inconvenient due to work, but the driver managed to return at a time when I was home with our parcel.I was thrilled and delighted and wanted to give him a hug !!!! "I am writing on behalf of the Eyecare Trust Board and Rubicon Exotic Juice Drinks to formally thank you for your generous support and help in making the 2008 SOS sunglass recycling scheme a success.
DX's support gave 4,000 optician practices the opportunity to participate in the initiative which has, to-date, collected more than 40,000 pairs of sunglasses.
The recycled sunglasses are now being checked to ensure they provide adequate UV protection before being shipped to India where they will be distributed to people at high risk of sight loss as a result of UV exposure.
Your support helped make the whole campaign possible and will undoubtly contribute to saving the sight of tens of thousands of people across India and other developing countries.

"Your delivery person was a true 'gentleman' in the old fashioned sense of the word - polite and courteous. A real breath of fresh air nowadays. His sense of 'service' was of obvious importance to him, which prompted me to write to you and also apologise for my previous rather impolite and intolerant message, when in fact you actually have such keen, dedicated and caring staff. "With reference to the complaint reference 594475048 I just wanted to reply after receiving the detailed explanation for the delayed delivery, also the goodwill gesture towards the telephone calls made. Thank you for the explanation, good to know that it was investigated and hope this prevents things like this reoccurring, I appreciate your time in following this up.
I would also like to thank your staff in Northampton who were very pleasent and efficient, one of your staff called the driver to get an approximate delivery time (for the rearranged delivery) this was very helpful as it enabled me to get some things done away from the house that day.We are very quick to complain, and I just wanted to give praise where praise is due, this is sometimes overlooked."

"I would like to say a big thank you to Vishal ….. I found Vishal's customer service of a very high standard. I was having problems with a Debit Card delivery that was supposed to be delivered to the place I work at 10.02am. The courier apparently couldn't gain access to a public library that was open with me sitting on the front desk! After speaking to more than one person I eventually had Vishal answer my call. He was courteous and very understanding about my frustration. He even called me back the following day to make sure I had received the delivery. The world would be a much better place with more Vishals in it. Thanks again Vishal."15th November 2008
