I’d just like to express our thanks for the outstanding service DX supplied to the Max business in the run up to Christmas and a special thank you for the Christmas Eve service you supplied on the Saturday which was not part of the normal network operation, but was crucial to us being able to fulfill all of our customers orders.
I believe there was one single mis-direct on the final evening of the 23rd that you sent a van across country on Christmas Eve to retrieve and get it to the branch and customer on time.

"Would just like to say that I've never had such a good experience with a courier before. Leaps ahead of companies such as DHL, UPS, Parcel Force etc. I really like the email service if a delivery has been missed. Would happily use again: TAKE NOTE DHL!!! 10/10"
"Definitely 10, I was informed by email that my packages would be delivered, and provided details of how to track the consignment. I logged on to the website and discovered that my consignment was 'in-transit'. Less than 30 minutes later it was at my doorstep. Awesome! There are a host of distributors in the market that would be well advised to mimic this level of service. Having spent 30+ years working in logistics I consider this to be a very impressive service level. Well done."
