Develop a high quality, professional BI team capable of providing a high standard of BI support to the business. To effectively translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications and quality fit-for-purpose solutions.To determine, in conjunction with the BI and IT leadership team, the appropriate BI tool set to be used within the DX Group.To actively contribute to DX’s data strategy and vision for business intelligence initiatives. Lead the BI team, supporting business as usual reporting services and data warehouses, delivery on the DX BI change programme and acting as a key contributor to the DX BI strategy

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the Customer journey and conversion across all aspects of digital activity for the DX Group, including maximising the value from the current online and digital presence as well as planning for future developments in line with industry best practices as agreed with the Marketing Communications Manager.Product Development /enhancements on line.They will ensure best practices are understood and adopted by their colleagues across the business, in particular the Marketing team, working with IT and other 3^rd party vendors.  They will also be responsible for reporting on agreed key measurements including ROI.

Internal and External Communications that drive messages to these audiences to create a significant pace on strategy delivery and ultimately profit.

The primary purpose of the jobholder is to manage the marketing mix for the Exchange and eDX service area in order to drive profitable revenue growth and retain market share. The Job holder will be responsible for the planning & management of Exchange & eDX products, taking guidance from the Head of Marketing and members of the sales team representing the voice of the DX Group Customer. This role requires a hands-on approach to the financial performance of the service, all related pricing & facilitating the relationship with Sales, Operations and Finance to maximise profitability. The Job holder will develop and manage the Exchange and eDX product roadmaps & be recognised authority on their portfolio area.

To assist the Depot on a day to day basis ensuring secure deliveries throughout a specific region in compliance to a stringent Security Policy and client specification.To assist a team of team members and self employed Couriers.

To assist and support the Depot Manager in the daily running of the depot and to deputise in their absence including both DX Secure and DX Network Services. A key “hands on " role supporting the depot Manager in all day to day activities in the depot. Ensuring a strict security regime for physical security (CCTV, Premises etc.) Ensuring the safety and security of all items and employees in the depot. Ensuring that all company SLA’s are met and service levels are maintained.

To ensure all aspects of the Warehouse operation is completed to the standard required and within the relevant timescales. To ensure the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and Safe Working Processes (SWP’s) are adhered to at all times.

To assist the branch on a day to day basis ensuring secure deliveries throughout a specific region in compliance to a stringent Security Policy and client specification.To assist a team of team members and self employed Couriers.

To provide a safe and secure collection and delivery service throughout the network of branches including client collections across the UK on behalf of DX Secure.

To identify, qualify and generate new revenue from a designated portfolio of accounts by development of existing customers in line with the targets set by the company. To deliver revenue uplift from a relationship based approach, providing DX as the solution to the needs of a set of accounts. To renew and uplift subscription revenue in accordance with commercial policy. To sell new DX membership through incoming calls, campaigns and self sourcing.

To assist in the sortation, storage, loading and unloading of product within the warehouse / Hub operation

To support the Operations Manager and GM with a cost effective and efficient route structure which meets the needs of the DX and provides excellent customer service levels.

To support the S C Co-ordinator with high standards of service levels and operational processes.

To ensure all aspects of the Warehouse operation is completed to the standard required and within the relevant timescales. To ensure the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and Safe Working Processes (SWP’s) are adhered to at all times.

To deal with inbound and outbound communications, via email, telephone & internal systems. To work as part of a busy team. Maintaining service level agreements by responding to calls/queries within timelines.

Testing, including design, preparation and execution tests and test suites for new and amended systems supporting DX Business functionality.  Testing will include integration, systems and user acceptance testing. The objective is to ensure that new and changed software goes live with a minimum of problems for end users, external clients and internal customers.

To provide quality support for the Operation within the Service Centre on a day to day basis, to ensure all aspects of the Operation are maintained in line with procedures and ensuring all internal and external Customer SLA’s are met, along with ensuring that all Key Performance Indicator Targets are met, whilst maintaining strict controls on the Direct costs and staffing levels.
