This role provides an interface between the business and the IT team and is responsible for producing a complete set of unambiguous requirements for the Operational systems and then taking those requirements and producing the solution architecture and design for the operations application landscape.

 

Note that this is a delivery focused role and the incumbent will be responsible for all the IT delivery aspects of the Operations applications

This role provides an interface between the business and the IT team and is responsible for producing a complete set of unambiguous requirements for the business change projects relating to the ERP and CRM application (Core Finance, Distribution, Sales Orders, Sales force automation, customer services and client portal) and then taking those requirements and producing the solution architecture and design for the ERP and CRM application landscape.

 

Note that this is a delivery focused role and the incumbent will be responsible for all the IT delivery of the on-going ERP and CRM implementation (JDEdwards and Software AG Webmethods BPM suite).

Operating from our Manchester branch covering delivery and collection routes across Manchester and surrounding areas

Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will ensure that the DX Secure operation achieves and maintains KPI’s whilst also supporting wider DX Site Operations.    The role will be responsible for managing the team on the shift in all aspects of the daily shift operation in a cost effective and productive manner, in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator targets.This role will be specifically required to maintain up to date knowledge on DX Secure processes and ensure that other site colleagues are aware and comply with these processes. A specific emphasis will be given to site and product security.

To assist the branch on a day to day basis ensuring secure deliveries throughout a specific region in compliance to a stringent Security Policy and client specification.To assist a team of team members and self employed Couriers.
