To deal with inbound and outbound communications, predominantly telephone based, from customers in nominated region, resolving queries, complaints and orders through to successful conclusion.
To work as part of a regional customer account team, communicating with field and telephone based account managers, contract managers and other team members to ensure self and all members are up to date with all relevant issues.
To cover the Reception area when necessary, dealing professionally with inbound calls from internal and external customers,
Develop effective business relationships with nominated clients.
