Bonusprint is committed to providing an extremely high level of service to both its retail partners and retail customers, but they were unhappy with their current delivery solution. To ensure they meet their commitment they needed a delivery partner who can
- Provide efficient collection and delivery of films to ensure their customers’ expectations are met
- Provide this efficiency while still offering a service that is cost effective
The Solution
We recommended the DX Courier service that collects daily from the organisation’s network of retail partners and delivers the undeveloped films that evening to Bonusprint’s laboratories for processing. Collection of the developed films is made the following evening, for distribution to Bonusprint’s retail partners early the following day.
We now successfully support Bonusprint’s partnership with its high street customers, by collecting films each day (except Sunday) from 576 retailers for next day processing. After the film has been processed, we return the developed films to the retailer early the following day, with the service currently achieving an impressive success rate of 99.4% of deliveries made on time.
