Vision Express is committed to providing the very best customer experience from its network of stores, whilst at the same time controlling distribution costs without sacrificing the quality of their service. They required a strategic distribution partner who understood their business and key requirements

The Solution
Using our experience of the optical industry we recommended our DX Courier tracked delivery service, designed exclusively for this market.
The service provides overnight deliveries to and between optical stores throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland with a highly reliable timed delivery with customer signature on receipt of the goods for increased service integrity.
Every item required by the Vision Express branch network is collected daily from Vision Express’ Distribution Centre, where the items have already been sorted into Tote Bins. We then return to collect the Tote Bins from the branch network either for delivery back to Head Office or for delivery to other branches in the network.
We also provide Vision Express with daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing delivery performance against a number of Key Performance Indicators.
