DX will send an acknowledgement to you within 5 working days. After fully investigating your issues, we will provide a response within 21 working days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you will be able to refer your complaint to an independent redress scheme. We will send details of the redress scheme to you if your complaint reaches this stage.To assist us in investigating your concerns, please ensure you provide us with as much of the following information as you can:-
