DX provides a range of collection and delivery services to applicants of USA Visas and USA Passports on behalf of the Consular Section


US Passports

For those eligible to apply for a US Passport by mail we offer a secure Collection Service.

You will need to visit the Passport Information section of the US Embassy website to determine if you are eligible for this service.

If you are required or choose to make your application in person at the Embassy then DX will securely deliver your passport and documents to you when the application has been processed. The DX Passport Delivery Service can be purchased from a DX representative in the lobby of the American Citizen Services on the day of your scheduled appointment.

US Visas

For those eligible to apply for a US Visa by mail, or are required to submit additional documents in order for their application to be processed, we offer a secure Collection Service.

You should visit the Visa Services section of the US Embassy website to determine if you are eligible to apply for your visa by mail.

If you are required or choose to make your application in person at the Embassy then DX will securely deliver your passport and documents to you when the application has been processed. The DX Visa Delivery Service can be purchased from a DX representative at the Embassy on the day of your scheduled appointment.
