3. How will my item be delivered?

DX secure offer a range of delivery services. Some items will require a signature with identification and some can be securely posted. The delivery agent will attempt to gain a signature at the time of the delivery. If no one is in and a signature/ID is not required, for the majority of customers, the delivery agent will be able to make a decision to securely post the item through your post box. If the delivery agent feels there may be a risk in posting your items, for example a multi occupancy flat, they will either leave a calling card or we will contact you by e-mail/text if we have these contact details, to let you know what to do next.

4. Will I need to show any ID?

Some items we deliver will require the delivery agent to see identification of the addressee. ID will be required if we are not able to successfully deliver the item 1st time and need to redeliver. ID can be a valid driving license, passport or debit/credit card but must be in the ticket holders name.

5. What if I am not in?

Do not worry, if we are not able to deliver your item securely, we will leave a calling card or contact you directly to advise you of the options available to you for the safe delivery of your item. Additionally, if we have your e-mail/telephone number, we will contact you to let you know what to do next.
