DX provides several tracked services, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status of their items. By entering the unique tracking number online, you can see the relevant information on the status of your item.
You can access detailed tracking information after 9am on the day of delivery. Proof/confirmation of delivery information is normally available 24 hours after delivery.
Please note: We have been made aware by local police forces of a potential scam involving cards left by a courier company unable to deliver your item with a premium rate number to contact them. If you receive such a card (currently believed to be from a company called PDS or Parcel Delivery Services) please ignore it.
