tracked services - enabling you to track items to a DX Member or to the door of any UK postcode address*.

As well as peace of mind, our tracked services provide
significant cost-savings for your special deliveries, tamper-evident packaging, tracking via the web and the added advantage of late posting up to 5 pm from your Exchange.

Sending urgent items to another DX Member? Use DX Tracked Mail

For urgent or very important DX items, Tracked Mail provides pre 9 am bar-code tracked delivery to the Exchange. We will even fax or email you to tell you that your item is out for delivery with the DX courier.

With DX Tracked Mail you can track any DX mail item or parcel (up to 25kg) and benefit from:

Guaranteed pre 9 am next working day delivery to the Exchange
Priority handling
Out for delivery fax or email
Optional tamper-evident pouch

**For important mail requiring a signature, to any business or residential address*, use SecureDX**

Delivering to the door of any UK mainland address* (including Northern Ireland), business or residential, SecureDX gives you guaranteed next working day delivery, with a recipient signature, for any mail item up
to 1 kg.

For just £3.50 up to 1kg, SecureDX provides unbeatable value for money - this equates to savings of up to 45% compared to Royal Mail Special Delivery**. In addition, SecureDX provides

Bar-code tracking with electronic proof of delivery,
Tamper-evident pouches
Convenient redelivery options for your recipient.

* Some parts of Scotland will be delivered within 2 working days. There is no service to postcode areas: IV, KW, PA20 and above, PH20 and above.
