DX, the UK’s leading independent mail and courier company, has launched enhanced Directory Services tools on its new website, helping its Members make more of their DX subscriptions.
DX Members can choose between four formats for the new directory tools:
• DX Desktop Directory is free software offering a quick and easy solution that enables users to search for individual Member’s addresses whilst in MS Word or even create databases for mail shots to DX Members.
• DX Online Directory, updated daily and accessed via the DX website from any PC, offers easy search options for individual DX addresses.
• DX Download Directory provides a useful backup. Available in PDF format and updated regularly, you can download it to your desktop, intranet or print as many copies as you need.
• DX Printed Directory is a hard copy bound version which can be ordered from DX. This is ideal for DX users without PC or internet access and is available, for a small charge, within 3 working days.
“We have invested in these tools to make it easier and quicker for our Members to search for and use all the DX addresses available. Past research has indicated that DX Members are not making the most of their DX Memberships, sending DX mail via more costly methods, because the DX address was not readily available” commented Ruth Fox, DX Exchange Product Manager. “Since beginning to make our Members aware of the availability of the new tools, we have experienced an increase of over 600% in requests for the Desktop software.”
