DX Group is the largest independent mail and courier company in the UK
DX is the only mail company to have its own end-to-end operation that is not reliant on Royal Mail for any part of the collection or delivery service. For 35 years, the company has provided business customers with a range of reliable, secure and cost effective services that are a genuine alternative to Royal Mail.
The company handles around 1 million letters, packets and parcels per day with a next day service to 99.7% of business and residential addresses. DX routinely handles everything from mortgage deeds to optical lenses and is the preferred provider of the UK Government and foreign embassies for passports and visas.
DX services are offered at rates which are typically 30% cheaper than Royal Mail. Their team, who have been through the most rigorous vetting in the industry, collect mail later and deliver it earlier.
Clients are drawn from a range of sectors including legal, retail, ticketing and government. Significant contracts include Ladbrokes, Vision Express, Ticketmaster and the Land Registry.
