How to use DX Tracked Mail

The DX Tracked Mail service can be used for any DX addressed items within the UK.  Highly visible, tamper evident pouches and labels are available free of charge. Simply purchase a pack of each in advance and keep hold of them until you need them.

1. Address your document or parcel with the contact name + usual 3-line DX address.

2. Simply place the item(s) you are despatching inside a DX Tracked Mail pouch, affix a DX Tracked Mail barcode label where indicated.

3. Complete the log book as per the simple despatch guidelines and then post your DX Tracked Mail items into the Onwards box at your local Exchange, along with your normal DX Document Exchange mail before 5pm.
