DX Mail is very straightforward to use. and can be used for items that weigh less than 1kg and are letterbox-deliverable.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to our process:

Your DX account manager will help you identify which items you can send through the DX network, so you have the minimum effort in preparing your daily despatch.

1. Once your business mail is pre-sorted as agreed with your account manager, you don’t need to worry about weighing, franking or stamping individual items – just complete one of our simple Waybills.
2. Place your mail into a DX Mail sack and take it with your Waybill to your DX collection point, where one of our couriers will collect it towards the end of the working day.
3. Our couriers will deliver your mail the next working day.
