How to use SecureDX

SecureDX bar-code labels are purchased in advance, to be used when you need them.

 

  1. Place your item in a SecureDX tamper-evident Next Day or Pre-1 pm pouch (according to service required)
  2. Write the recipient’s full postal address and postcode and your full sender details on the front
  3. Stick a SecureDX bar-code label according to service required (Next Day or Pre-1pm) and weight of contents (up to 1kg or 2kg)
  4. Complete your log book
  5. Take items to your usual Document Exchange

SecureDX items are then scanned through our network and delivered with a recipient signature, according to the service selected.
