The Exchange Portal is a cloud platform much like those we use in our everyday life, but with four main advantages:

Through the Exchange Portal, you now have access to a one stop shop for digital file sharing and courier label printing capabilities.
With The Exchange Portal you can safely share documents with everyone: colleagues in your organisation, other DX members, your clients or any third-party.
You can also now send items to any business address using Secure Business labels, now available to print yourself on the Portal.

How the process works

Registering
Contact your account manager or e-mail us to request access to the Exchange Portal. You will then receive a registration letter with your access code and further instructions.

Adding Users
Once your registration is complete, we recommend adding new members by sending invitations to their e-mail addresses to the Portal.

Share your Files
Share your uploaded files to your colleagues/external contacts (whether they are portal users or not).

Send a Tracked Item
Print your own Tracked labels to send to any business address.

DocuSign
You can integrate DocuSign onto your Portal account to request an e-signature on any document you share using the Portal.
