Why DX?
Thousands of Financial Institutions use the DX Document Exchange to ensure reliable delivery of mail to other DX members before 9am on the next working day at very competitive prices. With a range of tracking options, our DX Mail and DX Courier services also offer solutions to deliver mail and parcels to businesses that are not DX members.
Secure Courier Services
Through our discrete courier network, DX Secure works closely with the major Banks and Building Societies to offer end-to-end delivery for around 1 in 5 of the UK’s credit and debit cards. They choose DX Secure due either to the importance and urgency of the delivery, such as replacements for lost and stolen cards, or where they have identified an increased risk of card interception in the regular mail. Our state-of-the-art sorting systems enable us to deliver cards next day, tailoring the delivery requirements to an individual issuer’s needs - choose from a range of Mandatory or Optional signature services. Other services include delivery of cheque books, important letters needing a signature and delivery and return of signed contracts and agreements.
Disguised Mail
In areas where a risk of interception in the regular mail has been identified, but not sufficient to necessitate courier delivery, DX Secure Disguised Mail service offers a cost-effective method to prevent easy identification of cards and cheque books in the regular mail. The original letters are inserted into a variety of larger envelopes, usually with normal postage stamps and addressed using bespoke ‘hand-written’ fonts, allowing them to pass anonymously and safely through the postal service.
Fraud Detection
We work hand-in-hand with our clients’ Security and Fraud Detection Teams, sharing information and fraud strategies to proactively prevent the interception of plastic cards and other valuable items.
